During the Five Deeps Expedition in 2019, the Ultra Deep made history by descending to the deepest point on Earth. After this record dive, the watch that changed the game was adapted into a unique collection aimed at the general public. Tested in real ocean conditions during its design, the design is waterproof to a depth of 6,000 meters and complies with the standard for saturation diving watches ISO 6425:2018. This model in sandblasted grade 5 titanium of 45.5 mm features a satin black ceramic bezel with a Liquidmetal™ diving scale. Its protruding domed sapphire crystal covers a black ceramized grade 5 titanium dial with a central seconds hand with a gradient effect going from white to cyan, cyan Arabic numerals, as well as hour and minute hands in 18K white gold , coated in white Super-LumiNova. The watch features characteristic “manta horns” at each end which attach to a black and cyan polyamide NATO strap with a grade 5 titanium buckle. The case back features a gold medallion. grade 5 titanium, which bears the laser-etched Sonar emblem with the iconic OMEGA seahorse at its center. The watch is powered by the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer 8912 movement.
