Omega Anniversary Series Chronograph Co-Axial Master Chronometer Watch

This special 50th anniversary timepiece pays homage to the Silver Snoopy Award given to OMEGA in 1970 by NASA astronauts, in recognition of the Maison's contribution to the field of space exploration, as well as its participation in the Apollo13 mission. .The 42mm stainless steel case is mounted on a blue nylon strap, the lining of which is stamped with the trajectory of the Apollo13 mission. The silver dial is enhanced with angular blue PVD indexes and hands, as well as a blue counter at 9 o'clock on which is stamped a silver medallion representing Snoopy. The hidden side of the Moon is represented on the NAIAD LOCK case back in sapphire crystal thanks to micro-structured metallization. A mobile version of Snoopy in his Command Service Module (CSM) appears on a magic hand that rotates when the chronograph function is activated. In the background, a disk representing the Earth rotates once per minute following the rhythm of the watch's small seconds hand. This model is also decorated with black engravings on the caseback in homage to Apollo13 and the Silver Snoopy Award, and enhanced with a blue ZrO2 ceramic bezel with white enamel tachymeter scale. The non-limited edition watch is powered by the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer caliber 3861, and presented in a special case.
